Information you share

Our enquiry form collects your name, email, phone number, business name, chosen business and message. You may also provide a location and approximate quantity. Please don’t include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, send a receipt confirmation and discuss the products you request. An enquiry intended for Simran International or Samrat Traders may be shared with that business’s team so they can respond. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are saved in private storage before email delivery is attempted. We use third-party hosting and storage services, and Resend for transactional email. These services may process data outside Nepal. Our service uses an opaque hash of your network address and your email to limit spam. We do not make enquiries publicly accessible.
